Mtshapi Group (Pty) Ltd is dedicated to develop and grow the building and civil work within the sphere of the construction industry. Our purpose is to establish and secure a customer base for Mtshapi Group (Pty) Ltd, enabling us to expand selectively (Aligned with Company strategy). We are also focusing on building and strengthening our relationships with our customers and service providers, and we are continuously seeking ways in which to improve our service. The image of our company is further developed and promoted in the local market through various means of advertising and exposure and preferable by word of mouth of good service level. In todays world, sales and profits are essential if you want to stay in business, but to be truly competitive in today’s market, we need to consider other key measures of success. We are convinced that one of the most important of these measures is customer satisfaction, hence our slogan “Quality is our first priority”. Customer satisfaction and the loyalty that we receive from the customer rest primary on the degree in which the customers are involved in the entire operation process.
